The humidity increases as we head into Tuesday, as does the temperature. Mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 90s, heat index values approaching 100 degrees. Heat advisories are possible. A warm night Tuesday into Wednesday with lows in the 70s, a great night to have A/C.

A stretch of hot, dry weather builds into Central New York through midweek, with heat indices potentially reaching 100 degrees. Tonight brings mostly clear skies and light winds, with lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s and perhaps some patchy river valley fog. Monday stays mostly dry and very warm under high pressure, with sunny to mostly sunny skies and highs well into the 80s.
