I live a quietly contemplative life in a century-old Seattle apartment building on an idyllic block. Inside you’ll find me fussing about the kitchen, reading in my purple chair, and willfully catering to the whims of my cat, Gucci.
I work remotely, with many years of experience as a content editor in the digital media space. (Though I do have know-how in the world of print. And still accumulate, travel with, and devour paperback and hardcover books.)
Daily walks are an indispensable part of my existence. Besides the physical benefits, I find a wandering cadence makes me more observant, thoughtful, and a better listener. While strolling through familiar routes, I take in subtle landscape shifts and delight in (re)discoveries. Experiences that not only sharpen me personally, but also professionally.
I’m a creative dreamer who will curiously explore rabbit holes, yet am equally comfortable getting down to brass tacks. I don’t hoard knowledge, and take pride in being approachable and collaborative.
Two things I make every week: a pot of beans and a loaf of bread. My three favorite fruits are blood oranges, persimmons, and tayberries. I AeroPress my coffee.
