Introduction Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) is a common multifaceted condition, characterized by autonomic dysfunction and an exaggerated adrenergic response in the upright position [1]. Prior to COVID-19, POTS affected an estimated 1–3 million individuals in the United States [2], predominantly young females aged 15–45 at diagnosis [3-5].
