Monday starts out cooler as northeast winds will be in place. Morning lows in the 50s and lower 60s give way to a mild afternoon with highs in the 70s. Winds will be sustained at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts over 20 mph possible for a lot of the day. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect through early Monday evening.
