Jeffrey Bewley’s Biography
The holder of a bachelor's degree in animal science, Jeffrey Bewley went on to earn a master's degree in dairy science and a doctor of philosophy in animal sciences from the University of Wisconsin and Purdue University, respectively. After working eight years as a milkhand and record keeper with Skees and Flowers Diary, Jeffrey Bewley served as a dairy laboratory assistant and, while pursuing his advanced degrees, held graduate research assistant roles. He has experience as a dairy technical services manager with PerforMix Nutrition Systems and worked as an extension professor for nearly a decade, during which time he developed core educational programs such as the Kentuckiana Dairy Exchange, the Kentucky Compost Bedded Pack Barn Project, and Precision Dairy Farming.
More recently, Jeffrey Bewley has been engaged in the recruitment and training of quality support staff as a manager with Wisconsin-based BoviSync. Moreover, he is also responsible for managing the support budget and building the company's technical expertise by attending workshops and reviewing professional publications. Mr. Bewley also serves as a consultant for Kentucky's CowFocused Housing.
