You may have heard of mTOR — the “master switch” for cell growth, metabolism, and aging. When mTOR is overactive, cells grow too fast, burn out, and accelerate aging. When it is balanced, cells recycle damaged components (autophagy), maintain energy efficiency, and stay coherent longer.

AI have been behind the scenes in our search engines, social media, and other unseen aspects of everyday life. Using a chatbot is more visible, but not the only way that AI are now part of society. How they are used is in the hands of the humans involved, with AI as property, an oxen team to direct in work. But lack of regulations in the U.S. and support of rapid increase in data centers is a problem that will crash eventually.
