Donald Trump’s trailer for his “great and glorious” third presidential run, launched Tuesday night, underscored perhaps the most salient aspect of his refusal to go away: The dude loves being on TV. The medium fueled his unlikely rise, and he’s counting on television — apparently with the new Elon Musk anything-goes era of Twitter — to propel his reboot in the wake of one insurrection, two impeachments and too many damaging lies to count.
