Don't have one.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

You are a survivor. Only the committed remain in this business.

Don't remember. I have the attention span of a windshield wiper.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?

email

iPhone for photo and video. Desktop for writing and web. Both for social media (Twitter & FB)

What's your favorite social network?

Twitter

I was a weird kid. All journalists are outsiders.

columnist

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

Too many to count. Love stories on how broke Americans are, income inequality and weird food stories.
