A man who was convicted of organized crime gambling offences, but won a judicial review into Canada’s deportation case against him, has been charged with gaming offences again. Giorgio Campagna, 64, of North York, was charged with a variety of offences by York Regional Police including possessing property obtained by crime exceeding $5,000, trafficking in proceeds obtained by crime exceeding $5,000 and having money or property for betting/gaming.
