Often we are running on nothing. Waking early in the morning after a late night with barely any sleep. This can make us not only be less productive but also have more stress in our day. Stress is not good for us in large quantities. It can cause major health issues.

Routines have always been hard for me. I’m a Libra and as such I tend to be super flighty and indecisive. This presents a problem with just about everything. I truly intend on doing a routine, but when I start out I feel this fear that creeps up and it engulfs me and won’t let go. I’m in a constant state of I should and due to that I fear the discipline of a routine. The strict discipline that a routine entails. If I was to maintain a routine would it interfere with my ability to be spontaneous?

I spent many years feeling the imbalances that resulted from being miserable with life, feeling like I didn’t deserve a great life and that everything I did was wrong. I did deserve a great life. I did deserve to be happy. I wasn’t just another screw up. I was enough. When I decided that I was enough I started working on my self and building balance into my life. Balancing out my life helped me create the foundation I needed to get back to me. The me that was loved and appreciated.
