The monoclonal PTX3 antibody (WHC-001) and isotype IgG1κ used for in vitro and in vivo experiments were previously developed by our laboratory [29]. Briefly, the design and production of the anti-PTX3 neutralizing antibody were performed in cooperation with Leadgene Biomedical, Inc. (Tainan, Taiwan). Recombinant human wild-type and N220A PTX3 proteins were purified from Expi293 cells according to the manufacturer's instructions.
