From burnout to growth: how job burnout links to posttraumatic growth in healthcare workers - BMC Psychology
This research examines associations between job burnout and posttraumatic growth among healthcare workers, as well as the mediating role of psychological resilience and positive stress beliefs. Model estimates indicated that job burnout was negatively associated with posttraumatic growth and, moreover, was linked to lower levels of growth through associations involving reduced psychological resilience and diminished positive stress beliefs.
