Adrenomedullin from spinal cord injury drives heterotopic ossification in skeletal muscle via a neuro–immune–bone axis
Abstract Neurological heterotopic ossification can rapidly arise in the periarticular muscles following spinal cord injury. However, the specific mechanism of how the injured central nervous system regulates heterotopic bone formation in peripheral tissues remains largely unexplored.

The integration of virtual reality, digital twins, and spatial behavior-tracking technologies is reshaping cultural exhibition architecture, shifting the design focus from functional efficiency to immersive, user-centered experiences.
The role of programmed cell death in osteosarcoma: From pathogenesis to therapy
1 INTRODUCTION Osteosarcoma is a primary solid malignancy especially occur in bone and rarely in the soft tissue such as skin, ligament, and muscle. An EBV-related CD4 TCR immunotherapy inhibits tumor growth in an HLA-DP5+ nasopharyngeal cancer mouse model
Abstract Adoptive transfer of T cell receptor–engineered T cells (TCR-T) is a promising strategy for immunotherapy against solid tumors. However, the potential of CD4+ T cells in mediating tumor regression has been neglected. Nasopharyngeal cancer is consistently associated with EBV. Here, to evaluate the therapeutic potential of CD4 TCR-T in nasopharyngeal cancer, we screened for CD4 TCRs recognizing EBV nuclear antigen 1 (EBNA1) presented by HLA-DP5.
