Multiple metrics are available for agile software development (ASD), but adapting them to changing conditions of ASD is a challenge. To be truly agile, the metrics must be goal-oriented, flexible, and adhere to the principles of people interactions. This paper presents the results of a multi-year action research project conducted in different companies adopting ASD.

Telecom operators have invested heavily in modern data platforms over the past decade. Data lakes, cloud analytics environments and real-time processing capabilities have become foundational to digital transformation strategies. Yet despite these investments, many organisations still struggle to translate data potential into consistent, enterprise-wide value. The challenge is not a lack of data infrastructure. It is the absence of a product mindset applied to data.

Abstract Real-time scattering dynamics in gauge theories are central to high-energy nuclear physics, but they are notoriously hard to access from first principles. In particular, it remains unclear how a simple propagating probe becomes modified and quantum-mechanically mixed with a dense, dynamical target during a collision. In analogy to high-energy nuclear scattering experiments, we study a real-time scattering process between a propagating state and a dense target in 1 + 1-d massive QED.
