“Honestly? I think they’re going to fire your CEO.” Not long ago, a company you might have heard of but certainly wasn’t a household name yet, fired their CEO. About a month before that happened, I said that exact sentence above to a colleague of mine, who was a leader but not the leader of that same company’s tech division. And I think what happens next is the entire remaining leadership team gets taken out, including my colleague’s boss, but hopefully not my colleague.
