Have you ever used a typewriter?
Yes! I need to channel my inner Tom Hanks and start building up a collection.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I worked for our yearbook staff as a sports editor. And I made it into our newspaper as "Most Likely to Host His Own Talk Show."
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Always practice writing and talk to as many people as you can. You never know where you'll find a great story!
When's the best time to pitch you?
I typically check email most in the morning and at night, but I'm open to any time.
What's your favorite drink?
I've been on a bourbon kick lately, so a nice Old Fashioned or a Bee's Knees if I'm feeling a little sweeter.
