MANILA, Philippines — Asian Youth Games medalist Jhodie Peralta snared two more silvers, while Kirby Alas-as snatched a silver of his own to add to Team Philippines’ growing haul in the IWF World Youth Championships in Cali, Colombia Tuesday. Peralta, a silver and bronze winner in the Bahrain AYG last year, went for the gold but fell short and settled for silvers in the women’s 53-kilogram’s snatch and total, where she had 85 kg and 188 kg, respectively.
