Sub Focus has announced what his team is calling the “biggest shows of his career.” They’re not wrong. The UK drum and bass superstar has spent the past four years touring Circular Sound across the globe. In spring 2027, he’s taking the 360° audiovisual stage show concept to The O2 in London and Co-Op Live in Manchester on March 26-27, respectively. No supporting acts have been announced for either date at the time of writing.

Beatport is taking a page out of Bandcamp’s book. The former platform has announced new measures to ban “fully or majority AI-generated tracks” from its online music marketplace. In a post on Beatportal, the download store shared plans to expand its partnership with Beatdapp, which primarily offers streaming fraud detection services. The company founded in 2018 began branching out into AI content detection in December 2025.

“So, I’m a fucking filmmaker now,” Moore Kismet said in an Instagram post announcing their participation in the Los Angeles installment of 48 Hour Film Project. The traveling competition challenges film crews in the cities where it touches down to write, direct, shoot, and edit a short movie in a single weekend. Moore Kismet (real name Omar Davis) assembled a team to do exactly that on August 1-2.
