6-vehicle crash slowing traffic on I-78 in Lehigh County

A six-vehicle crash is slowing traffic late Monday afternoon on a stretch of Interstate 78 in Lehigh County. The crash occurred on I-78 eastbound in the area of Lehigh Street in Allentown, according to a post on X by Trooper Nathan Branosky, a state police spokesperson. Both the left and center lanes are blocked, he said. Branosky said to expect delays in the area. Traffic maps showed traffic jammed past the Route 222 exit.
