Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE:BMY) announced on Friday its cancer drug, Opdivo, has been approved by the European Commission (EC) to treat advanced (unresectable or metastatic) melanoma in adults, regardless of BRAF status, Market Watch reports. Opdivo belongs to a specific class of cancer drugs called PD-1 inhibitors, which work by enabling the body’s immune system to fight tumors.

As expected, the Federal Reserve didn’t do anything when it concluded its Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting on Wednesday. But through its “dot plot,” the Fed did signal that interest rate hikes were coming this year. Most economists see the first hike happening in September, while Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley notably see it happening in December. MacBook Pro boots to black screen with pointer
For a moment, it displays a prompt like you'd expect at runlevel 3 of a Linux or UNIX workstation. I've rebooted, disconnected everything else, reset the PRAM and SMC, disabled File Vault. I had been able to ssh into it and didn't see anything in the logs. Now I can't... I'm going to look for a way to do some kind of rescue mode. What else could I try to see what might be wrong or reset / fix something?
