Social media has decentralized the news, allowing grassroots communities and local organizations to share their stories in real-time. While it accelerates public information delivery and fosters instant civic engagement, it also demands higher accountability from digital publishers to counter misinformation and maintain editorial integrity.
Who do you wish followed you?
I wish to be followed by fellow digital publishers, community journalists, and civic leaders who are passionate about regional storytelling in the Philippines. Connecting with academic researchers who study grassroots organizational development would also bring great collaborative value.
