(KALB) - On Thursday, April 24, the England Economic and Industrial Development District (EEIDD) voted to approve the terms of the Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) portion of a cooperative endeavor agreement (CEA) between EEIDD and Applied Digital. Basically, this gives officials and the public a more concrete idea of what an Applied Digital data center would mean for the Rapides Parish economy.
