Look for Skies to become Partly Cloudy in the Twin Cities around Noon and it will be Muggy with dew points in the 60s and highs in the mid 80s and Southwest Winds at 5 to 15 mph. T-Storms will rapidly fire up south of the Minnesota River around 6 p.m. and just graze the south Metro Counties of Scott, Dakota and Pierce County in Wisconsin.

This Tuesday afternoon in the Twin Cities will be Hot but not as Humid as it was Monday – temperatures this afternoon will be in the low 90s with dew point temperatures near 70 Degrees producing Heat Index Values near 100 Degrees and Skies will be Hazy with Southwest Winds at 5 to 15 mph.

Heat Wave on the way for the Twin Cities starting on Sunday and going through the 4th of July as air temperatures will be in the 90s with dew point temperatures in the 70s producing Heat Index Values in the 100s. During the Hot Weather especially in the overnight hours will be the Risk for T-Storms and the T-Storms could be Severe with Main Threats being Damaging Winds and Heavy Rainfall.
