HELENA — Thousands of people will lace up their running shoes Saturday for the 52nd Governor’s Cup road races. The more than 2,000 runners get to pick between four race distances, ranging from 1 mile all the way up to a half marathon — or 13.1 miles. The Helena Public Schools Board of Trustees voted 8-0 Tuesday night to add varsity and junior varsity baseball programs at Helena High School and Capital High School beginning in the spring of 2027.
