Warm and hazy

Today will feel noticeably warmer, with afternoon highs climbing into the upper 80s. A few spots could even reach the 90-degree mark. Humidity will also increase, with dew points rising into the upper 60s, making it feel a bit muggier. Expect mostly sunny skies today, although it will look a bit hazy at times as wildfire smoke from fires to our west moves into the area. Some of that smoke may settle closer to the ground, causing a slight drop in air quality.

Comfortable today, humid tomorrow

Today brings another round of nice weather. Skies will be sunny, although they may not look completely blue due to wildfire smoke higher in the sky. This smoke will make it a bit hazy at times. Some smoke may reach closer to the ground by Thursday which could cause a slight decrease in air quality but nothing like we saw a few weeks ago. Under these sunny skies, high temperatures reach the mid-80s and humidity stays relatively low.

The quiet after the storm

After yesterday's storms, we are entering the calm after the storm. Devastating severe thunderstorms brought large hail to many parts of northeast Wisconsin and caused extensive damage in Menasha after a confirmed tornado moved through the area. Today tells a much different story as we begin to deal with the aftermath of the storm. Skies will become mostly sunny and remain that way for the rest of the day. High temperatures will reach the low 80s, and humidity will gradually drop throughout the day.
