The Curator of paleontology and Geology has discovered a new species of crocodile, “first terrestrial crocodyliform from the Cretaceous of Texas” says Dr. Adams. "Tarsomordeo winkleri" was found in the Proctor Lake Dinosaur Locality.

Local high school students build battery-powered cars

Local high school students from around the area built battery-powered cars in an energy-endurance race. It's the third annual Alamo City Electrathon Races, at Trader's Village on the South Side. After passing inspections, each custom built vehicle took to the track for a chance at the crown.
