One of the results since the advent of social media is that is has now given fans a window into the lives of athletes that years ago seemed much less accessible. As a result, kiddos now have an unprecedented look into the lives of these athletes, beyond just what a marketing team might present. I think it’s awesome when kiddos look up to athletes, they can serve as incredible example of hard work, sacrifice, and responsibility.
