Abstract Background Nemvaleukin alfa (nemvaleukin) is a novel engineered cytokine with antitumor activity both as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in multiple solid tumors when administered intravenously (IV) at 6 μg/kg once daily, days 1–5 in a 21-day cycle (q5d).1 ARTISTRY-3 (NCT04592653) is a phase 1/2, open-label study evaluating less frequent IV dosing (LFD) of nemvaleukin in advanced solid tumors.
