Na realidade, importa a todos os países da União Europeia, obrigados a transpor até dezembro deste ano uma Diretiva que prevê mecanismos para facilitar o reconhecimento de contratos a estes trabalhadores. Espanha teve a primeira lei para laboralizar os estafetas, aprovada em 2021.

Portugal’s General Strike and the Struggle Over Labour Law Published February 26, 2026 On 11 December 2025, a general strike took place, called by all trade union confederations, which brought transport, much of the public services, and the largest companies in Portugal to a standstill – especially in industry, but not only. It was a strong response to a draft bill from the right-wing government, elected in March 2025, which aims to change some of the pillars of labour relations in Portugal.
