Crafting work with AI: human–AI collaborative job crafting, human–AI fit, and employee job performance
Abstract Introduction: Drawing on sociotechnical systems theory, this study examines how and when human–AI collaborative job crafting is associated with employee job performance. Methods: Using three-wave data from 485 employees and their direct supervisors, we tested a moderated mediation model involving human–AI fit and inclusive human resource practices.
Ligand engineering tailors hydrophobic microenvironments for efficient electrocatalytic oxidation of fatty alcohol - Nature Communications
Abstract The intrinsically low solubility of fatty alcohols in aqueous electrolytes imposes critical mass transport limitations for electrocatalytic oxidation. Conventional anodic electrocatalysts typically suffer from poor activity along with severe oxygen evolution reaction due to their hydrophilicity. Here, we present a ligand engineering strategy utilizing nickel-based metal-organic frameworks (Ni-MOFs) to construct hydrophobic microenvironments.

Multiwavelength Raman lidar system for profiling the CCN number concentrations
Cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) play an important role in the research of cloud microphysical and aerosol–cloud interactions. This study employs a multiwavelength Raman lidar for measuring CCN concentration. First, the multiwavelength Raman lidar was used to measure the atmospheric relative humidity profile, and the combination of relative humidity and the aerosol backscattering coefficient was used to retrieve the hygroscopic growth factor.
Maximizing the number of Rh0-Rh+ sites through metal dispersion control for the synthesis of higher alcohols from syngas
Maximizing the number of Rh0-Rh+ sites through metal dispersion control for the synthesis of higher alcohols from syngas Higher alcohol synthesis (HAS) from syngas presents an effective method for obtaining clean liquid fuels and high-value chemicals. In this study, we regulated the catalytic performance by altering the dispersion of Rh on CeO2 support.

Compensation-Voltage-Injection-Based Neutral-Point Voltage Fluctuation Suppression Method for NPC Converters
Abstract : Three-level neutral-point clamped (NPC) inverters are widely used in the new energy power generation, motor drive, and many other occasions. However, the neutral-point voltage imbalance of an NPC inverter will affect the output of the inverter system, and the control of the neutral point voltage has become a popular research topic. In this paper, a compensation-voltage-injection-based neutral-point voltage balancing method is proposed.

Retrieval of particle size distribution based on a multi-objective genetic algorithm for multi-wavelength lidar
1 Introduction Atmospheric aerosols are particles suspended in the atmosphere in a solid or liquid state. Aerosol particles have an impact on the Earth’s radiation budget and have the direct and indirect effect. In addition, the aerosols also have a great impact on the air quality and solar energy production (Carslaw et al., 2010; Paramonov et al., 2013; Querol et al., 2013; Wang et al., 2020; Wang et al., 2021a; Wang et al., 2021b; Lolli, 2021).

Controllable synthesis of nanocrystals with the desired structure and morphology is still a great challenge in chemistry and materials fields. In this work, we report a simple solvothermal method for controllable synthesis of the sodium and cesium doped tungsten bronze nanocrystals (NaxCsyWO3 (NaCWO)) with different morphologies and crystalline phases, by adjusting the amount of H+ and H2O in the reactive system.
