Anisotropic electronic correlations in the spin density wave state of La 3 Ni 2 O 7
Abstract The bilayer nickelate superconductor La3Ni2O7 undergoes a density wave transition near 150 K that has attracted intensive scrutiny, yet its microscopic origin remains elusive. Here we report polarization-resolved electronic Raman scattering measurements on high-quality single crystals of La3Ni2O7. Below 150 K, we observe a pronounced, symmetry-dependent redistribution of spectral weight in B1g and B2g channels, consistent with the formation of spin-density-wave (SDW) gaps.
Population-scale multi-omics analysis reveals diverse phenotypic impacts of lncRNAs in rice
Dear Editor, Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as critical regulators of plant growth and development, and their expression orchestrates and integrates multiple processes underlying vital components of the phenotype, including stress adaptation, aspects of phenotypic evolution, and speciation.1 In plants, lncRNA-mediated gene regulation remains poorly understood, even in rice, one of the most important staple foods and a model crop species.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 23 pediatric cases of direct inguinal hernia treated at Wuhan Children's Hospital, affiliated with Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, from September 2020 to September 2025.
A Graph-based Benchmark dataset for Printed Circuit Netlist Partitioning - Scientific Data
Abstract As a critical component of electronic design automation and reverse engineering, printed circuit netlist partitioning has long been a significant research topic in this field. Recent advancements in graph machine learning techniques have brought new opportunities for netlist partitioning research. However, the lack of high-quality benchmark datasets with partitioning-labeled netlist data remains a major challenge.

Spermidine Inhibits M1 Microglia Polarization in a Mouse Model of Parkinson's Disease and BV2 Cells via NF‐κB/STAT‐1 Pathway
1 Introduction Parkinson's disease (PD) is a multisystem disorder impacting various brain regions and leading to significant loss of dopaminergic, noradrenergic, and serotonergic neurons (Lobb 2014). The etiology of PD remains unclear, but mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and neuroinflammation are involved (Lee et al. 2017), and neuroinflammatory responses related to microglial activation are implicated during the death of dopaminergic neurons (Yan et al. 2018).

Fructose-mineralized black phosphorus for syncretic bone regeneration and tumor suppression
Fructose-mineralized black phosphorus for syncretic bone regeneration and tumor suppression† Black phosphorus (BPs) nanosheets with their inherent and selective chemotherapeutic effects have recently been identified as promising cancer therapeutic agents, but challenges in surface functionalization hinder satisfactory enhancement of their selectivity between tumors and normal cells.
Effects of matrix viscoelasticity on cell-matrix interaction, actin cytoskeleton organization, and apoptosis of osteosarcoma MG-63 cells
Effects of matrix viscoelasticity on cell–matrix interaction, actin cytoskeleton organization, and apoptosis of osteosarcoma MG-63 cells† Many recent reports have shown the effects of viscoelasticity of the extracellular matrix on the spreading, migration, proliferation, survival and cell–matrix interaction of mesenchymal stem cells and normal cells. However, the effect of matrix viscoelasticity on the behavior of tumor cells is still in the state of preliminary exploration.

Comparative Analysis of Guatemalan and Qing Dynasty Jadeite Elemental Signs
Abstract : Different jadeites have different characteristics. In this paper, the La-ICP-MS test is used to compare and analyze the elemental characteristics of jadeite in Guatemala and the Qing dynasty. The test results show that the highest value of Guatemalan jadeite Ca can reach 2.5 apfu, while the highest value of Qing dynasty jadeite is 0.73 apfu. The highest value of Na is the same for both.

Crystal data reveal all of these binuclear complexes are chiral.
Multi-view based integrative analysis of gene expression data for identifying biomarkers
Abstract The widespread applications in microarray technology have produced the vast quantity of publicly available gene expression datasets. However, analysis of gene expression data using biostatistics and machine learning approaches is a challenging task due to (1) high noise; (2) small sample size with high dimensionality; (3) batch effects and (4) low reproducibility of significant biomarkers.
