December 16 From Near Record Cold We Warm Up To A Heavy Rain Storm Over The Next Few Days

Tuesday Morning December 16 This has been one of the coldest starts to December on record. While we are close to a normal snowfall for the month already, the cold air is the main story. That is about to change. I do not see a blowtorch warm up. That will be reserved for the middle of the nation. But we will have some mild days, including this week just ahead of the next rain storm. The rain is still needed to eat away at our big rainfall deficit.

I have high confidence that it will snow and stick North of Baltimore, AND, A chilly rain and wet roads for Southern Maryland and most of Delmarva.
