Pretty good. I used this as a base for my recipe of what I had on hand. It was pretty close. I had a pound of ground beef and 2 zucchinis. No dried onion or the rice mix, so I just used a small yellow onion and a cup of rice. Also used a can of diced tomatoes. I sautéed the beef with the onion, then added rice, tomatoes, water salt, pepper, some cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and a little garlic salt.
