A new townhouse community with 63 units has been approved on one of the last developable pieces of land off Moffatt Street in St. Catharines. The Moffatt area, pocketed between Highway 406 and the old Welland Canal valley running along Oakdale Avenue, has seen significant growth in the last few decades. It’s come to the point the city is adding a second access bridge to the secluded neighbourhood.
