A graduate of University of Hawaii and a native of Honolulu, Karen has covered the news from one corner of America to another both on the ground and in the air.

She is currently an anchor/reporter for iHeart media in Miami, 610WIOD.

She has worked as a news anchor for ABC TV affiliates WPBF in West Palm and WCJB in Gainesville, was a helicopter traffic reporter and photojournalist for WCBS in New York, and has worked locally for NBC South Florida and Majic 102.7.
