Occasionally, however, Spielberg dips into intense sentimentality, such as in E.T. (1982) or The Fabelmans (2022).

Disney Princess has become a diverse and beloved brand since its official launch in the early 2000s. Not all Disney Princesses are included in the brand itself, but many are still memorable (and probably deserve to be included). Whether or not they wear the official badge, these Disney Princesses each feature a stand-out scene in their films that has stuck with audiences through the years. Sometimes it's a show-stopping song, an epic battle, or an iconic moment.

Pixar is a studio that tends to churn out one hit after another. Still, not every idea that has gone through the dream machine has seen the light of day. Whether it has been because of the studio changing hands or a lengthy development process, some movies never got made. And they range from some really great ideas to not-so-original material. Regardless, there is still the occasional instance when it's surprising that Pixar/Disney chose to abandon a project.
