Step us through your journey to becoming CEO this past April. It’s the culmination of a long, rewarding 15-yr. journey. I started with Dayton Rogers fresh out of high school as a receptionist.

Metal formers anticipate an increase in economic activity and incoming orders in the coming months, according to the January 2026 Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) Business Conditions Report. PMA’s January report shows that 49% of manufacturers surveyed expect an increase in general economic activity in the next three months, up significantly from 26% in December, and only 8% forecast a decrease in activity, compared to 17% in December.

Cascade Partners, Southfield, MI, has named Eric Green chief executive officer, succeeding founder Rajesh Kothari, CFA, who will continue to serve as chair of the board and a managing director. Green most recently served as Cascade’s chief operating officer. As CEO, he will lead the execution of the firm’s strategic priorities, including expanding its investment banking and restructuring platforms, deepening industry specialization and strengthening talent development.
