Highlights • Co-designed digital interventions provide unique opportunities to reach underserved groups. • Our web-based physical activity intervention for people with progressive MS utilised technology to provide a new way of partnership working. • Users were able to develop valuable skills in self-management support and use of technology and engagement in the intervention was associated with improvements in MSIS-29 scores.
