From Jesse: I was starting to get into a little groove writing again, trying some things in this space, and I’m sorry that I’ve been set back with some health woes — nothing that anyone needs to worry about, but enough to knock me off my game and also exact something of a mental toll. Absolutely nothing, however, can dampen my enthusiasm for this podcast, nor for Charles Leclerc’s victory in Monaco, which we celebrated on the podcast.
“Hello, my name is Katie Shook and I would like to tell you about the 4-H Cooking Club for kids ages 9-18. Basically this cooking club is where kids can come to the Cooperative Extension Service Office and learn how to cut, dice, measure, stir, open hard/uncooked eggs, mix and how to use kitchen appliances. Our first meeting was in September and we will meet a total of seven times during the year. We will be making new and exciting dishes for everyone to love.
