It is an incredible summer Sunday with temperatures in the low 80s, dewpoints in the 50s, and a light breeze from the northeast. However, a heat dome building in the Western United States is migrating to the Midwest. While we won’t be in the throes of the dome, we will feel its impacts beginning the work week. Monday’s highs climb to the upper 80s. Dewpoints will be increasing, potentially getting our heat indices into the low 90s in the afternoon. Tuesday will be the hottest and muggiest day.
