Employers will soon have official guidance on contributions to the Trump Accounts program, which seeds money in an investment account for children, according to a Treasury rule set to be issued Tuesday. The regulation offers guidance for employers on nondiscrimination rules for dependent care assistance programs, Brett Samuels reports, including Trump Accounts, and sets the employer contribution limit at $2,500 per year — even if the worker has more than one child or more than one employer.
