3 min read On a recent trip to Alto Adige with a group of fellow wine professionals, the conversation shifted to a game of Kiss, Marry, Kill — a hypothetical game where three people are proposed, and you have to say which one you’d kiss, marry and — yes — kill. Kinda morbid, no? But of course, the five of us being wine nerds, we were playing the game with wine grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling.
