Overview Dear Friends, We are pleased to present our 2nd Regional Competition Bites for 2024. The second quarter has seen extensive enforcement action, increased merger reviews across a larger number of countries and significant regulatory and policy developments across Southeast Asia. Strong enforcement against anti-competitive practices and cartelistic conduct has been the highlight of this quarter.

Overview Dear Friends, 2024 has barely begun and the first quarter is passed. We are pleased to present our first Regional Competition Bites for this first quarter in 2024. There have been various legislative and regulatory changes across Southeast Asia, with regulators enacting new laws and issuing guidelines concerning competition law.
