INDIANAPOLIS — A recent crash in which a car slammed into a home along Kessler Boulevard is renewing calls for traffic safety improvements on Indianapolis’ north side. The crash happened July 10, when police said a vehicle suffered a mechanical malfunction, veered off Kessler Boulevard and slammed into a home near Primrose Avenue. The homeowner said he was in the driveway at the time, while his wife was inside the living room.
