By: Kristy Breslin BALTIMORE CITY — Heads up for drivers in Baltimore City. The Baltimore Department of Transportation will have temporary ramp and lane closures on the Jones Falls Expressway starting Friday, April 17th, at 9am, and ending at 11pm on Sunday, April 19th. The expressway will have two lanes closed in the southbound direction between the 29th Street access ramp and Guilford Avenue.

CECIL COUNTY - A major crash occurred this morning around 6:30 am in the Perryville area of Cecil County. The NB lanes of I-95 have been closed between MD-222 and MD-272. The SB lanes were closed between MD-272 and MD-222 due to a medivac landing, but have reopened. Traffic is backed up in both directions so you can use US-40 for you alternate. By Kristy Breslin Around 7 am Friday morning, a tractor-trailer overturned on SB I-95 between I-195 and MD-100. The tractor-trailer is now in the median and emergency responders are on the scene. The 2 left lanes are blocked, and delays are currently back to I-695. Right now, the current delay time is almost 40 minutes. Traffic is being impacted in the NB direction as well in response to the crash. NB I-95 has 2 left lanes blocked between MD-100 and I-895.
