DALLAS — Dallas-Fort Worth might be best known for its sweltering summers and spring thunderstorms, but there’s one constant that may come as a surprise: every winter season on record has brought snowfall. Those records go back to the late 1800s! From just a trace of snow to significant accumulations, snow has found its way to DFW every winter. This winter is no exception. As of right now, the DFW area has recorded 1.5 inches of snow, and this total will increase with more snow on the way.
