The impact of carbon material microstructure on li-ion storage behaviors of Si in Si/C anodes
The lithium storage mechanism in silicon anode involves an alloying reaction [1]. Differing from the lithium intercalation mechanism in graphite [2], silicon particles undergo significant volumetric expansion and contraction during the alloying/dealloying process [3]. The huge volume changes give rise to two primary issues: Firstly, it causes particle pulverization, leading to a poor contact between silicon particles, current collectors and conductive additives.
Identification and adaptive evolution analysis of glutaredoxin genes in Populus spp.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST The authors declare that they have no competing interests. Supporting Information Filename Description plb13580-sup-0001-Figures.docxWord 2007 document , 8.3 MB Fig. S1. Three phylogenetic trees were constructed to analyse the GRX genes from four poplar species (Ptr, Peu, Pde, Pal) and Ath. Each node in the phylogenetic tree is accompanied by a bootstrap value, indicating its statistical support.
Pressure-induced monotonic enhancement of Tc to over 30 K in superconducting Pr0.82Sr0.18NiO2 thin films - Nature Communications
Abstract The successful synthesis of superconducting infinite-layer nickelate thin films with the highest Tc ≈ 15 K has ignited great enthusiasm for this material class as potential analogs of the high-Tc cuprates. Pursuing a higher Tc is always an imperative task in studying a new superconducting material system.
