This feasibility study evaluates a customizable fabrication protocol using thermo-mechanically synthesized re-entrant auxetic foam insoles (sizes 6–11) with targeted dome-shaped inserts.

Auxetic foams—closed-cell materials with a negative Poisson’s ratio—conform to irregular foot structures, offering significant rehabilitative potential to mitigate symptoms by optimizing GRF reduction and enhancing gait.
