ON THIS DAY in 1955 "Johnny Carson Show" debuts on CBS-TV Firework displays can be found throughout the region in the coming week. Marion will be home to several events. On July 2nd, the Knights of Columbus in will have fireworks at 7pm. July 3 & 4, the Marion Elks will host their annual celebration with fireworks, a carnival, live music, a petting zoo and more. Then on July 5th, VFW post 1301 will have fireworks at dusk.
