Wedding day was fast approaching for Mississauga’s Michael Jezerinac, but he had a problem he didn’t foresee when he was planning to walk down the aisle. His ceremony was scheduled at the same time Croatia was set to play Russia in a pivotal quarterfinal match at the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Jezerinac couldn’t fathom the idea of missing the watch party at Father Kamber Croatian Park. He needed to adjust. “We asked the priest a week before if we could move the time,” laughed Jezerinac.
